as the subject says, using "WIFI" or "AutoDetect" settings result in failed connection on this machine.
If I put the phone's IP address in to the "Fixed IP-Address" setting, it connects just fine.
Won't connect to WIFI unless use "Fixed IP-Address"

I had problems like this a couple of versions ago so added the phone to my routers 'assign ip to mac address' page. That way you have MPE on the PC thinking your phone has a fixed ip but the phone thinks it's getting any old ip via dhcp. Never bothered changing my setup to test if it works better now as my solution doesn't affect anything else.
May work for you if your router has this capability. Have you tried a router reset though?
