notes to the telephone numbers

Hi FJ Software, you made a great one

I have a webshop, and lot of people ask help for us.
I thinked is a good idea if when i made a notes for a contact (tel number) is remained near the tel number in Notes column, when the same client call me back, or i will call him back.

This way when my client call me back i know what i talked to him, and don't need to write elsewhere, i write in the notes field and the software save that.
When my clinet call me back i already know what i talked to him. And don't need to search in the arhive.

I want to pay for this feature, if you can made this for us.

A small bug is: if i close the call from my telephone, the software loose the contacts in the call log, and need to refresh it. I have a Galaxy S3, 4.3 android version.

yes, but i want to type from my pc keyboard, it's uncomfortable to type to the android keyboard. And if all message are stored in the Fj software is better.

I need a quotation for that feature.

And why not using the standard note field in the contacts?

the standard note field is ok for me, but when a client recall me i don't saw the note which i make for that client.

i want to saw the all notes which i make for that client, that's the point...

Well, use one of the before mentioned apps, than you´ll see the note on the display of your phone.
Or you use the note field in the contacts and see them by simply xxx on them at your computer.
I fail to see why this should be implemented into the MPE.

this feature is good for:
i make a note for a client, what he want to order, what was his last order, his name(i can't save all names in my contacts, it's a huge db, more than 8000contacts), how can i talk to him, which type of client is, etc.

when a client call me back i know his name, what ordered last time, and the client relation is better, if i know his name. ex: "Hello Mr. john, how are you, the laptop display is good what you bought before?"

but when i was called, the notes dosn't appeared in the call window, i want to appear when i recieve a call or i calling someone, this way i know a lot of thing about my client, of course this notes i write before.

that program in the google play showing the notes which i made in the FJ Software or not?

i mentioned before i don't want to type in the phone the notes, it's too slow and comfortless.

this feature i don't want free, you can tell me the cost of this implementation and i will pay it.

I see where Fractalcomp is going with this.

She doesn't appear to be talking about the "notes" field saved in the Contacts list, but one associated with incoming calls in the call log. A place for short-term notes like "this number called to order 10 of widget A", or "that number called to talk about selling thing-a-majigs". Not worth creating a contact, when it's a temporary note.

A "note" field in the "Call monitor" window (this window automatically pops up when you're on a call anyway). This would save the extra step of going into Contacts to find the note-field.

Would come in handy.

And she's right, typing on the 'droid keyboard is a pain when you have a full-size keyboard already available.

Well, if sitting already in front of the computer with the MPE running it can´t be expectet too much to do two clicks to read the notes field from the contacts. Therefore implementing a whole new function into the MPE doesn´t look worth the effort.

That's the point, the problem is if i want to search for the last notes for that client is very hard to find, not only 2 clicks.
Ex:

Today i have 2 pages of call list, more then 60calls.

If i wrote notes for all my client is very hard to find the last note for that client.

The notes you saved already for a specific client (tel number), and if you can make a change to appear in this window: http://prntscr.com/7xlfx7 all the notes i wrote for that client, or to make a button to filter the call log for that client or tel number, who i called, or calling me, it's will be perfect. http://prntscr.com/7xlgv0

if u save notes for incoming/outgoing call it will pop up with callnotes that are saved to that call

That would be FJ himself, there is no team of programmers.

Well, since you´re the only one asking for that you´ll have to wait until other things have been accomplished.

this soft is nice, but very slow with many contacts, >2000
