LG G3 Android 6.0 => MTP connection impossible !!!

Hi everybody, I'm desperately trying to connect my LG G3 with a USB. The device runs Andoid 6.0 (2016-02-01 patch / V30c-EUR-XX).
I've been through all the processes I know so far :

* I've enable USB debugging
* myphoneExplorer client has been installed
* I've cycled the USB debugging (on/off)
* I've even installed an MTP enabler
* the driver for LG G3 is the lastest and windows10 detects it : I can access to the SD card and the phone's memory (but the Windows app "Pictures" can't access the SD card...)
* the Wifi connection worked fine once and never did since (socketError:10061 connection forcefully rejected) => I've checked the firewall. MyphoneExlorer can access my home wifi...)
