Can not conecnection Android 6.0

Hello, I have a Blu Vivo 5R with Android 6.0. I can not connect to the computer. By no means. I can not follow the instructions to synchronize via wifi, because MyPhoneexplorar does not allow me to configure the connection mode. What I can do? Thanks a lot

I cheated a bit. I know the IP address of my mobile when connected to wifi at home (by dedicating that IP address to the mobile MAC in the DHCP settings on my router). I put this into the fixed IP address option of myphoneexplorer on my PC, rather than using the wifi option.

Or you could use a USB cable.

Thanks, but the only connection option I have is COM1 Communications Port.

On your mobile you should have options for wifi, bluetooth or USB. On your PC you should have options for wi-fi, fixed IP, usb, bluetooth or auto-detect.
