run MPE silent/hidden?

Is there a way to have MPE run silently in the background? I used one of the autoreply scripts I found here on the board. When it sends the message, it pops up a status in front on top of everything. If you are in the middle of typing, you might hit cancel or mess up what you are doing.

MPE is called from the script using the command line operators, for example:

I posted asking for this almost a year ago and have heard nothing from anyone. I updated today and am looking for others wanting this to see if there has been any developer feedback. Here's what I wrote today:

It's been almost a year and I've not seen any comment on this suggestion. Am I the only user that runs the Windows MPE from Windows Task Scheduler?

If there was a command line option to run in the background, with a window appearing only when there is an authorization required, MPE would be completely unseen and not break into my work flow with flashing Taskbar icons and windows that show the progress of the sync jobs - all without a sound so that, if I'm typing, I can lose several words before I look up from the keyboard and realize that MPE has taken the focus, requiring these words to be re-typed.

Your problem can´t be solved due to changes in the Android system.
Since Android only allows one input method for text messages at the time there is this nagging pop-up.
Sorry, MPE can´t do anything about that.
