Recently I have not been able to connect my mobile to MPE, neither through USB nor WiFi or Bluetooth.
Please help.
Thanks |

Hi there. I have the exact same issue, however after a reboot of my phone, I can "normaly" connect.
I'm connecting using Bluetooth.
I believe this started since the last update, but am not sure.
It is really annoying - please fix or suggest some work-around!
Regards,
Zolt |

Aref, what you are saying is "I opend the door to the refrigerator and closed it again. Now I´m still hungry.".
There are several threads in this forum regarding to connecting problems. If these don´t help you should remember that no one here has a magical crystal ball that would tell us what system you´re using, what phone you´re using and so on. |

Koelner, being sarcastic is rude and will not help.
The mobile I'm using is a Samsung Note 5 and my PC is running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, if this may mean anything to you. |

So, what happens?
What exactly do you do?
What error messages are there? (asked that one before)
What changed between the last day you´ve been able to get a connection and the day it didn´t work anymore? |

1. The phone connects initially to the PC. Within 15-30 seconds it disconnects and a message stating "Connection to the Phone is lost". A few seconds later another message comes up stating "Connection to the phone was lost! Ensure your phone did not change to standby-mode, if needed restart 'MPE client' on the phone and then and then start the sync-operation again."
2. Whether I connect the phone to the PC through a USB cable, bluetooth or WiFi the phone will not connect.
3. The only thing that changed is installation of a bluetooth USB on my PC, particularly to be able to connect the phone to the PC. This is when I started suffering from this problem.
4. the connection setting is set to "Autodetect".
5. I tried to remove the bluetooth USB. I also tried to connect through Bluetooth and WiFi but the problem persists.
6. I tried to "Restore" the PC to an earlier date but this did not solve the problem.
7. I suspect that installation of the Bluetooth USB caused the problem, but I don't know how to resolve it. |

Now we´re getting at it.
So, what kind of connection mode is set in the MPE? |
