Sync more than one device with internal database - Problem!

Hi Guys,

First off fantastic program, thank you so very much!!

So my father started using it and he has problem with syncing more than one Android device to Internal database.

Details as follows,
Primary phone/database Samsung A5, everything backups/sync's without problem.

Secondary phone Samsung S4, can sync notes and calendar with no problems with internal database but not contacts.

When trying to sync contacts from S4 to Internal database it mixes up the contacts, will show the differences between phone and database but it is different company/person with their phone numbers in the Phone or Internal database fields.

Any solution to this will be greatly appreciated.
