Immediate sync ?

Hello.
I used to operate MPE a few years ago and, as far as I remember, it was possible to get immediate synchronization between Outlook and Android phone for Appointments and Contacts. I mean that as soon a modification is made the sync starts (provided the two devices are connected, of course).

Am I right or do I make a mistake ?

What I see, with my new installation, is that a manual launch is mandatory. I didn't find any option to make the sync launched by any modification. Is it possible or not ?

It´s possible to set the MPE to start a sync, the moment the connection is established but nut to start off a sync just because you modified data on your phone.

OK. So, I mixed up MPE and ActiveSync (Windows phones) functioning.
I know this option launching the synchronization the moment the connection is established and that's something.
If it could start as soon a modification is made it would represent an amelioration (otherwise you can make a modification on your computer eg and go somewhere with your smartphone not up to date) ... provided it is not too heavy in background tasks.
Perhaps we could do a suggestion for that.
