Outlook -> Phone NOT automaticly sync

Hello,
First of all, let me say that is One great application !
Very useful !

Of course I found a couple a bugs, here and there.
Or should I say : undocumented features !

1 - My Outlook won't sync with my phone, unless it is done manually, on when bluetooth reconnects.
Let's say I stay at my desk all day, with blutooth one, the new apointement coming in Outlook won't jump into my phone.
I have to manually start the synchronisation.

Maybe MPE could update with Outlook one i a while.
Let.s say each 60min.

2 - The Outlook color of the categories are not all transfered.
Some color stay gray, or absent.
Out of the 25 categories color, only 12 are transfered to my phone.

3 - if the categorie is the only thing that has changed in a appointement, the refresh won't be done at synchro.

4 - To "Begin Chat" with one individual, I have to :
Right click on the individual and then click "Begin Chat"
It should be LEFT click.

Left Click open a sort-of Seach window.
it should be RIGHT click

5 - In the chat window, I can choose a parameter to send the message on [ENTER] or not.
Very useful !

By default, it is [Shift+Enter] to send a message.
I prefer the Enter, as we use Lync at the office, so both apps have the same beaviour !

However, the "New Message" or "Reply" windows, from the "Message Properties" does not have the feature to switch the send key.
It is always Shift-Enter.

I think those are very easy corrections to make.
