Problem when synchronizing the calendar with Outlook 2016

Hello,
For a few days, when I want to synchronize my mobile phone and my Desktop with MyPhoneExplorer, the software stops with this error message during the synchronization :
I noticed that the same problem is produced when I want to change the option for "Event and Tasks" if I click on the button "Avancé" on this picture :
the error is :
I use Outlook2016 and Windows10
