Resume backup?

Hi,
Sometimes when backing up with MPE, the client software on the cellphone may become disconnected from the PC hosted software for various reasons - e.g. a network connection may be interrupted.
Does MPE have the capability to resume a backup that is interrupted in such a case, or does the backup always have to be restarted?
