FJ Software

In the past, there were moderators that read the complaints and offered solutions. Five are listed at the top, including FJ. Where are they? I emailed FJ directly and no reply.

This has been much used and an incredibly useful software. Even now, I haven't been able to find a replacement that does everything that MyPhoneExplored does. But it's becoming increasingly unreliable.

Well, it seems there has been a misunderstanding.
Moderators in this forum are stil here but their job is it to moderate the forum.
Help with technical issues should come from all users here.
FJ is a private man and no company and sometimes it takes a while for him to answer.

You say the MPE is becoming increasingly unreliable. That´s new to me.
And to be blunt, 99% of all mentioned problems in this forum are users fault and not due to problmes with the MPE.

I agree with Koelner on that one.

My last question on this forum is unanswered for almost 2 months now, but I don't complain.
Why ?
Because most people does not pay anything to FJ for this wonderful software.

So, if someone is not satisfied about MPE, he can ask for a refound, and will get back the full amount of dollar/euro that he paid : zero.

To be blunt, I hope you will never ever be employed in a customer facing capacity in any company I will ever do business with.

So if a problem is with using MPE, then it is not a problem? What kind of pathetic attitude is that?

But if you´re changing your attitude, let me know. Maybe we could solve your recent problem from another thread, which, by the way, was also caused by the user and not by the MPE.

With all respect, Koelher, let's face it -- users here can rely only on the expertise of people like FJ and you and not on each other's uninformed guesswork.

I agree with you that users should pay FJ for his work. I have and would do so again, but the Donate button has disappeared. Please bring it back!
