For many years I have been using this application almost without much hassles and errors. It seems to me like malevolence, that it has stopped working when I contributed to its development.

Program error description
1) application My Phone Explorer refuses to retrieve phone contacts from my SONY XPERIA phone
2) the phonebook in the app is still empty
3) synchonization of calendar and notes works properly

PC Application setting:
* Contacts - Synchronize with internal database synchronizatin
* Advanced - direction phone to database

MyphoneExplorer Client (mobile)
* contact account for synchronization - selected PHONE (only)
* There is an error message in Czech "Your phone has no contact account set up"

I've never needed a contact account so far.

Mám Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact a až na nemožnost kopírovat SMS bez problémů. Uvedené nastavení jsem ani nenašel (F2 dialog).

I had my XZ2 upgraded to Android 10 and I also updated MPE on my PC and the client on my mobile in the last weeks. I have no idea which generated to stop sync of my contacts.
