Can no longer see external storage on myphone explorer

Cant sync files

Major issue, I can not see ANY files on my phone from My Phone Explorer.

Seemed to be working OK last time I looked. Has there been an Android update that has upset this functionality?

Please can you investigate as soon as possible, please?

Samsung Galaxy S20+ Android 11 security patch 1 January 2021.

I fixed mine.
Uninstall the client then re install.
It will ask for permission again

Fixed mine by moving to next phone up (Samsung Galaxy S21+), but same process of using a fresh version of App.
