MPE does not find existing directories on my phone

Hello everyone,
Since a few weeks, MPE cannot find all the existing directories on my PC W10 Dell computer (for example: \Stockage interne\WhatsApp\Media\WhatsApp Images\ ; or \Stockage interne\Music\Sounds\Gear\).
I created some scripts with those directories before this problem occured, so I realised it when I saw that multi-sync could no longer be completed. If today I would like to create a file sync script with those directories, I simply could not because MPE does not see them!
Therefore I believe there is a new protection on my Samsung S21 Galaxy phone, but I cannot find it...
Could you please help me solve this issue? Thanks a lot!
