I restore the SMS. It is placed in archive (PC) and I click on the synchronize button and of course nothing is done..
Is it the same with calls?

It looks line on https://support.google.com/googleplay/a ... d=1#zippy= is written that app can get a exception?! Why FJ did not ask for it? Work with SMS is core feature. I miss it very much, I dont need many other features, but Contacts, Calendar and SMSs are crucial.

I did not indicate that my problem is to take Samsung SMS and transfer to Xiaomi.
I use SMS Backup & Restore , I don’t understand why MPE doesn’t?

When trying to download the older version as instructed there, it doesn't give me the 1.0.48 version as an option. (edit- nvm i just realized that WAS the download link. i didn't see it pop up at the bottom of my screen)

Also, why is SMS or Call logs still not an option when the google article lists exceptions? This falls under the "Backup and Restore for Users" exception, and I would say this is a "core function" of the app... It's the main reason I downloaded this, to be able to backup my calls and texts. Surely this can be fixed so we don't have to jump through hoops just to use this feature?
