I selected all contacts, rightclicked, went to format contacts, checked Correct numbers and entered my country code and selected Remove unused country codes. The program did not just remove the country code from all entries as i expected, but it also added a "0" in front of all of them.

This is a common dial rule for near every country - national numbers have a leading zero.
Which country code do you use?

+30 (Greece). Our landlines start with "2", cell lines with 6, so when i decided to remove +30 from "+302......", i expected to see "2..." and not "02...".

This does not work as "remove country code" but "replace country code with 0". Perhaps there should be two separate menu entries to "remove" or "replace with 0", or perhaps the "remove" should be renamed to "replace" and provide a "replace with" textbox somewhere.

Just some thoughts...

With the next update MyPhoneExplorer will not add the leading zero if the countrycode is +30
