MPE can not connect to phone

I have been using MPE at home for some time with several phones. I decided to install it at work. But MPE can not connect to the android phone. It says there is no phone there.

1. I have reinstalled MPE
2. Yes, the MPE client is running on the phone
3. I am using USB connection
4. Yes, I am in charge only mode (it works at home remember)

Any ideas

Do you see the Android device in Windows' device manager?
If not, try to (re)install the USB/ADB drivers for your phone.
Please note: You should install the drivers with admin rights.

I can see the phone, but it says there are no drivers installed for it. Update Drivers button find none to install ? Do these come from the phone manufacturer ?

I installed the HTC driver and its all good now.
