I finally decided it is better to register.

I noticed that when I am running multiple application in Win XP, while MPE 1.6.6 is running, using keyboard shortcuts such as Ctrl+F5 in other applications, brings up the dialogue box in MPE.

In other words, MPE is monitoring commands even when it is not the forefront application.

I think, it is something that should be looked into.

You can edit/remove the global shortcuts for MyPhoneExplorer in the settings.

I had a look. Do you mean Options -> Advanced 1?

There was no enable/disable option.

Did you mean to remove/delete the Hotkeys completely?

That would not answer the question why the background application monitors Hotkeys.



BTW, in Options -> Sync the text of the third box (Create Sync-Logs) needs to move slightly to the right as the 'C' of the 'Create Sync-Logs' is partially under the check-box.

Yes, i meant in Settings->Advanced 1. You can disable them if you go into the field and press backspace. Besides the 3 hotkeys you can set in the options there are no hotkeys which are captured in background.
