Use Outlook or another application to start a call

Hi,

Is it possible to use Outlook or another application to do the call (CTI/TAPI)?

Do you have a api that I can use to create a call from my own application?

You can use the commandlinearguments specified in the FAQ to do a call.

No, cause Outlook connects directly to the phone.
But you could use the Outlook-Addin of MyPhoneExpolorer to initiate calls from OL.

CTI/TAPI is very common to allow contact database systems to communicate with phone systems and allows calling directly from the contact database.

It would be very useful if it was possible to direct the calls to MPE thru CTI/TAPI.
