I sometime get messages and the time stamp is set to one hour earlier the actual time of reception. How come? (The clock in the phone is synced with the PC)

The message was sent maybe from another Timezone. MPE displays the timestamp when the Sercicecenter delivered the message and not the time when the message came in.
