I use MPE on two computers, and save some SMS into Archive on both.

Can I merge these two archives into one? If yes -- how? Thanks!

You can select messages, use right click, export and choose .sms for export. On the other computer you can also choose in the archive right click, import and choose the messages.

I know it could be done manually, just wondered if there was some sync feature to use it.

As far as I know there is no such automatic function.
