Hi new to this. MPE a revelation saved messages no problem . Now says Could not open COM4 . is this the pc or software phone or all 3. has worked beautifully dont know whats different!

How do you connect ? USB-Cable or Bluetooth ?
Please post the Logfile after you got this errormessage. In case of USB-Cable: Ensure that the phone was plugged in and that "Phone-mode" is selected.

i have the same problem with my w200i. with the COM4 error message. has this been answered yet please, as cant see anything on here. thanks
