Retrieving my saved voice messages :(

Hey,
First of all, great software! Thank you for writing it.
Now to my problem...
For a while now, whenever I wanted to quickly save a vocal melody or guitar riff that popped into my head, I would just start writing a "Voice Message" on my W810i and sing it into that, and then exit so that it got saved in the Drafts folder. It was a quick and easy way to make audio notes.
Unfortunately, I've discovered now that there's no way to get those back now, other than listening to them on the phone. I can't download them to my computer in any way, it seems.
I moved them all from Drafts to Saved Messages, and that really just seems to have made it worse. I feel trapped inside my phone now!
If I view the details of the audio file embedded in the saved message, I can see that they're all called "recording.amr" and their location is supposedly "Phone memory". However, there doesn't seem to be a way to access wherever they're being stored.
I've tried MPE as well as FMA for this purpose. SMS messages stored in Saved Messages will show up, but my Voice Messages won't. Searching around the forums here, it sounds like MMS (which I'm guessing is what the phone uses for Voice Messages) is not technically possible to retrieve with third-party software.
With MMS that I receive from others, I can save the audio or photo or video to the memory card, and then get it back that way... However, for some reason I don't have that option when I'm viewing a Voice Message in Saved Messages, possibly because the phone knows I wrote it myself.
Does anyone have any clue how I can ever get these recordings out of my phone? I know that it's been said a bunch of times that MPE will never be able to get MMS messages out of a phone, but I'm hoping that phone owners might know some other way, and I'm not sure where else to ask. This is probably the most knowledgeable community for that kind of thing!
The only thing I can come up with is sending the messages to myself, in the hopes that I'd be able to receive them and then save the amr inside to the memory card, but that could be prohibitively expensive for someone without a decent data plan. (plus I'm not sure my carrier will let me send MMS messages to myself. It's kind of a stupid thing to even want to be able to do!)
Any other ideas?
Thanks for reading.
