Bug: Calendar event window in screensaver (tested in win 7)

The property of the event windows for calendar etc. should be such that this does not happen (as it currently does);
You computer goes to screensaver mode, protecting your screen. Evrything is alright and then you suddenly notice Calendar event window overlays on top of running screensaver. But the screensaver does not go away, it continues working, and this window stays forever on top, making your screen burn-in with your calendar event window.
Bug is tested on w7 Ultimate 64-bit with Toshiba Speech Recognition Screen saver.
I think it would be more appropriate
a.) that screen saver goes away and then window jumps in front of everything notifying you you have the event to take care of.Then,if you do not care, screensaver could kick-in again.
or
b.) that calendar event(s) windows(s) while not interrupting screensaver, change their positions every now and then not to cause screen burn-in.
Best regards guys
