Has anyone successfully linked MPE to Amazon's Alexa (either an actual device, such as an Echo, or to the app)?

What I'm looking for is a simple connection so that if I ask my Echo device "Alexa, what's on my calendar for this Thursday?" it can be linked to look at my MPE calendar (which is also ...

Windows 10 does not have any MS Office Outlook syncing support built-in - it wants us all to use the cloud.

Well, I spoke too soon. The "fix" worked until last night. Now I'm right back to the same issue - when I hit the sync button, MPE locks up/freezes. I have to use the task manager to force it closed. It will sync any changes made on the MPE and phone calendars to/from the phone and into MPE itself ...

I realized when I got home and took a look that I have never used the adapter and I prefer not to use it as it causes issues within Outlook and makes things unstable.

I did manage to get it up and running through but it involved a lot shenanigans that I won't go into but it is working, let's hope ...

EUREKA!!! You are THE BEST! I think you pointed me in the right direction the first time. In going into the settings in MPE, I found two areas in the Sync = Contacts / Sync with = Advanced = Outlook folder to synchronize that were not checked.

You're right - somehow that one escaped my attention. I've switched back and forth between the last 2-3 versions and none of them now work (for this problem). But I find it odd that it did work fine up until a few months ago.

I am also experiencing the same problem, but I believe mine boils down to a simple bug, that I was also hoping would be fixed with the update (but wasn't). I have been documenting my problems in another thread in this forum.
