If my understanding is right current situation is :
SMS and call logs can not be deleted from MyPhoneExplorer PC App.

And reason is Google have stopped access to as per

Unable to synch (stops at contacts) with error
OBEX Errorcode: C1 - Unauthorized

Windows : Using windows 10
Mobile : Redmi Note 8 Pro
