I got it to work but you have to set MPE as the default SMS app. But then you lose all functionality of the phone's SMS app.

Any chance the ability to delete SMS messages from phone via the app is in the works? Currently it is not possible to delete messages unless you first manually delete them from the phone.

Will the ability to delete SMS messages ever be added? It's a little disappointing for such a good app to be able to compose new, reply to and forward messages (totally hands free). But you have to go back to your phone to be able to delete them. Currently using version 1.9.0
