Thanks for that, I did as you suggested but didn't want to do so before as it would destroy the 'evidence'.
I had to copy/paste then delete it in Outlook as that's where the master copy was and it ... |

It was already disabled.
Remember that MPE is not running when this happens and the phone is not plugged in to the USB.
A bit more information for you, Windows O/S is XP and Outlook is 2002, bo ... |
