Are you sure you have only one instance of MPE running? => See Task Manager.
If more than one, stop all but one and the issue should be resolved.

Mit meinem neuen Oppo Handy funktioniert nur Verbindung per IP. Wlan und Bluetooth funktionieren nicht

Hmm, mittels "Fixe IP-Adresse" ist ja über Wlan, wozu brauchst Du die Funktion WLan ...

Mit meinem neuen Oppo Handy funktioniert nur Verbindung per IP. Wlan und Bluetooth funktionieren nicht und generieren immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
