What I use most is syncing my Contacts and Messages. My next step is then to archive/save all my contact, messages, appointments, etc, which is my primary goal.

I have a similar problem. In my case, 'Download entire' doesn't work, not a single Note gets downloaded.
I have about 150 Notes on my phone which I want to download to PC and save as a Word file, b ... |
