I tried some experimental stuff with compression directly on the phone, i reduced the time from 1600ms to 400ms. But it would work only on rooted devices so probably i will not implement this

About 2 seconds or less.
It sounds like you do have the same issue as me - about 2 seconds. This, IMHO, makes control a little sluggish as after each click you have to wait for the screen to update. ... |

Which make/model are you using? And How quickly does your screen refresh in the "Control phone" window? Instantly? |
