Not sure if this will satisfy your request, anyway in the Settings menu, the Advanced 2 tab, you'll find a checkbox labelled "Encrypt phone data saved on computer".

Seriously this is a real need for those who do not want their personal notes with a relative easy access

In calendar, For some reason only calendar entree’s and edits in Thunderbird, are synced, via MyPhoneexplorer, to my android 6.
