OK, then change the format-setting in the Client which runs on Phone when MPE is connected (changes of this setting will be applied only for chamnges after)

Hi,
when I sync with outlook my contacts, I have always in my phone firstname-lastmane.
I tried to change with rigth clic (format contact) or in option/advance1 %L %F or %F %L + restart MPE but i ... |
