When you're sure all settings are correct, you should have a look at the Windows Task Manager. There's a good change that you have more than one instances of MyPhoneExplorer running.

Are you sure you have only one instance of MPE running? => See Task Manager.
If more than one, stop all but one and the issue should be resolved. |
