My Phone Explorer arbitrarily lose its SYNC Settings

On an intermittent Basis, I see that my Samsung S5 has not Sync'd properly with the WIN7 PRO Desktop.

I go to MPE and find that my previous settings for OUTLOOK 2010 in CONTACTS/Events & Tasks/ Notes, have reverted back to "My Phone Explorer" settings..... in all 3 areas. This loss of Settings may have occurred in Multi-Sync tab also, though I cannot confirm that at this point.

MPE has been working fine in other respects on two different computers and phones for my wife and I otherwise.

I have uninstalled, then re-installed MPE 3x hoping to solve the issue.

I've just turned on "Create Sync Logs" should the issue occur again (likely!) if its asked for.

Any ideas what might be causing this? My Desktop works flawlessly otherwise with no issues I'm aware of.....

It has been reported, that the MPE sometimes "looses" settings after an update being installed.
In this case you can´t do anything about it but check your settings.

Thank you Koelner for your update, as it's good to know it is a known issue. Does anyone know if this problem is being addressed?

Has "F J" said it will be fixed?

FJ is certainly looking at this issue. But nothing definitely has been said to this.
