Look at http://gcaldaemon.sourceforge.net/index.html
You can set it for syncing with an local iCal file. Set MPE to sync with that iCal file. So you will have:
Google calendar <--> iCal-file <--> MPE (<--> Phone) |

@Cor: That looks really GREAT: Google - iCalFile - MyPhoneExplorer - Phone
Works this correct ?
I will take a look at gcaldaemon |

It's working great. Only recurring events are not totally supported. (The problem for all services for gCal sync). Also the program adds some strange texts to the appiontment in the extra box. Example:
LAST-MODIFIED:20070222T163128Z
Also the program is very simple. I had to change the settings via notepad. You can see it on the website. Perhaps it can be combinated with MyPhoneExplorer. (Somebody can make an interface, the program is opensource).
Regards, |

This 'LAST-MODIFIED' bit. I assume this is a gcaldeamon issue? It also appears in the Google Calendar!! |

I take a look at it but i don't want to create a own Yahoo-account. So i searched on diffrent forums. It looks like there is only import/export possible, but take a look if Yahoo supports the 'WebCal'-service. Then you could sync with MyPhoneExplorer to a ics-file stored on Yahoo. |
