Newest Version not synching outlook 2016 calendar to phone (

I have used your software for years without issue and have donated at each update, including today. Now I am looking for another solution. I have tried everything I know to get Outlook 2016 and Note 3 to synch calendars, contacts and notes. I am set to "synch both" but get only outlook to phone - not phone to outlook.
This is a critical function to me and I don't want to change after years of success. I have tried moving Outlook 2016 Calendar and Contacts to a .pst file and setting default data file to the pst, rather than ost. Still no success.

Please Help!

I have the same problem, now contacts doesn't sync with Outlook in the way phone - outlook.
It works well in the way outlook - phone.
I tried all the solutions that options permit.
If someone can help us...

Hello,
I resolved the problem by uninstalling 1.8.8 version and re-install 1.8.7 version. It works well.

Thanks fred900s. This worked for me as well. It never occurred to me the new version would be less compatible with the new Outlook.

After reading this post, I also tried uninstalling 1.8.8. and reinstalling 1.8.7. It certainly worked better but still wanted to delete some new contact entries from the phone instead of copying them to outlook.
Means we have to be extra vigilant with items that come up for deletion.
I believe the problem lies with Outlook 2016 and regret updating my outlook 2007. 2007 certainly worked better than 2016.

I am having the same problem. Outlook 2016 will not disclose its file structure to MPE. I don't know why.

If I add an appointment to the calendar and then sync it will go on my phone

is it possible I have the wrong calendar ticked on the phone (mycalendar) should I have samsung calendar ticked or is it the version
