Re-installing my phone from scratch

Hello,
I've been using myphoneexplorer for years now, and I wish to thank the developping team for their great work.
Here is my question : I have a Wiko Rainbow 3G (about 5 years old) that I need to reinstall from factory setting.
My data are synchronized on my PC (with Outlook), and I would like to put them back into the phone once it will be reinitalized :
- contacts
- agenda (calendar)
- notes
- messages (SMS)
How should I do that ?
Just connect the renewed phone to my pc using the same "user" and exerything will be done automatically ?
Or maybe create a new user "Rainbow2018" and transfer data (if it is possible) from my current "WIKO Rainbow" ?
