Good morning team,
I am experiencing a problem since my Samsung S9+ was upgraded to Andorid 9 PIE. All was OK on Android 8.0 previously.
PC is Win8.1 PRO, PC client is 1.9.11portable.
App version on Android is of course the latest and greatest from Google playstore.
Problem is: SMS don't complete the sync with my PC.
SMS start to sync, but stay there forever (900 out of 904 SMS....).
Sometimes I suceed when syncing via USB, but only at first attempt. Any other attempt stucks.
Any idea?
LOG file can be sent if needed.
By the way I suceed when syncing SMS on Huawei Mate10 PRO upgraded to PIE, so this seems a problem of the Samsung firmware compatibility of the Android app.
