e-mail not synced in outlook 2010

Hello,
I have contacts stored in outlook 2010 and newly added contacts are missing their e-mail address in MPE.
tried with MPE 1.8.11 and 1.8.9, looking back at contacts added some time ago it seems was error for some time.

did anyone have success with outlook 2010?

I use Outlook 2010 and email addresses are present and correct in OL and in my contacts app on the phone.

have you tried creating new contact in outlook and syncing to the phone?

Yes - works fine.
