How much free disk space you have left on C:\ ?
Tried this as well. Enabled 'delete file cache ....', used File > exit to leave MPE. Restarted and still got the error message. Was attempting to copy a 240MB (approximately) video file to my PC.
Got about 140GB free on my 'C' drive. I then hit 'OK' but the original popup wants me to 'cancel' the operation. If I hit 'cancel'then MPE gets killed.
Oh, and a slight spelling mistake (in English anyway) in the error message. Displayed is "NOT ENOUGHT MEMORY FOR CACHE". 'ENOUGHT" should be "ENOUGH".
Please post the logfile after you tried to download a file and the erromessage was displayed. Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile

Seems like it's fixed here too. Slected that video file again (c. 250MB) and that copied over to my PC fine. Plus a random selection of mp3 files (c. 3GB - yes, gigabytes) copied also (though I manually cancelled that fairly soon as it was just a test).
Both operations would not have even started previously. Thanks FJ!
Wow: trough this thread I discovered that the Chache for 7 devices in the last 2 years accumulated to 71 GB in \AppData\Roaming\MyPhoneExplorer\ and as drive C: was full now I had to urgently use the "Delete filecache on exit". While having the Cache is fine a limit (Size or Time) would be desirable for MPE IMHO.
I copied over 50 GB of images with the result that after closing MPE my system drive was filled with even these 50 GB of images that were copied to NAS. I had to delete the directory manually.
I believe this is a bug because I have no clue why MPE should place a copy of the image in the system drive when it is already copied to a NAS. In addition this results in additional time when copying large amount of data.
