I've been using MyPhoneExplorer for many years, currently syncing between Samsung Galaxy S7 and Microsoft Outlook 2013. I've started having problems with syncing both Appointments and Tasks in the last several weeks.
When syncing Appointments, sometimes a second appointment appears in gray side-by-side with the original. It's as if it syncs with another calendar, but in the Edit appointment box for that second, grayed out entry, the Calendar field is grayed out and the down arrow is not clickable, so there's no way to know what is that other calendar may be. It's also impossible to delete the grayed entry.
When syncing Tasks, for some of them one task shows up for the phone and a different task, also existing, shows for the Outlook.
Can you help, please? I hate to give up on your software, but it has become unreliable. |

I am having this problem also. I did not notice the mismatching at first, and it really created problems. Now, as I posted a moment ago on another item, my phone tasks do not sync at all to Outlook, and I have lost data. Very frustrating, and I look forward to it being fixed. |

I do have MPE-Client 1.0.66 installed, and had even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it a few days ago. I still had the problem.
Yesterday I went through every calendar item and every task on both my phone and in Outlook on my PC, which took a very long time. I deleted every item from each device that had no duplicate on the other device even after trying to sync multiple times. Then I recreated the deleted items, some on the PC, some on the phone. Everything now syncs. So, I think some of those items must have been corrupted and were interfering with the sync process.
I will keep monitoring and will post if I run into problems again. |

But correct is:
FJ hat Folgendes geschrieben: | Please save your Outlook Outlook calendar and the tasks.
- then deletes all tasks directly in MPE tasks in the mobile phone by hand
- press in MyPhoneExplorer on the PC on the 2nd button in the toolbar at the calendar (reload from the phone)
- then go to Menu-File-Settings-Sync-Calendar-Advanced and press the button "Reset sync history"
- then starts the calendar sync -> normally MyPhoneExplorer should now recreate all tasks in the phone and the problem should be solved |

Thank you, I did not see this suggestion previously. I just went through these steps and my phone looks like it now has all the tasks. I will post again if the problem continues. |

Something didn't go right. MPE Tasks has no tasks. Everything in the PC and in Business Calendar Pro is intact. At one point it appeared that tasks were syncing (it took a bit of time), but still nothing in MPE Tasks. |

With all my tasks now gone from MPE Tasks, I hope to hear from FJ what I may do to fix that.
In he meantime, I'm considering either gradually writing down forthcoming tasks on paper or using some other tasks phone app which, of course, wouldn't sync with Outlook, and so keeping a parallel list in Outlook.
I'm lost and it's so frustrating, as I've literally relied on MyPhoneExplorer fully for years. And have donated for it, too. |

If you meant the blue downward arrow (Download entire), then yes. |

This is an absolute mystery. Accidentally clicked the same blue arrow again, for the 5th or 6th time, and all tasks appeared in MPE Tasks!! Why? How? I don't know, but it worked!! |
