notes fields get truncated from outlook to phone / no edit

Hi,
I use myphoneexplorer for a long time and I’m happy with it. Recently I updated after receiving an email from you as supporter of the program.
Today I ran into a problem I don’t understand. On some contacts in my outlook 2010 I cannot edit the Notes field anymore. In MyPhoneExplorer I can edit and then when I sync the changed info goes to the phone and from the phone to my outlook. So this is a nice workaround.
Better would be however if I can edit the notes field always directly in Outlook. Is this problem may be related to myphoneexplorer and do you know a solution.
Also I found that long notes fields get truncated in my phone. I changed to a mate 20 about 3 months ago. This is when that problem started. Any ideas on that issue?
Then a last question. On the mate20 I always have to touch the myphoneexplorer item twice before the program starts.
