MPE 1.8.14 changing task due dates during sync

I have rebooted both phone and laptop, deleted and recreated a few tasks to verify and get a good description of flaw never seen prior to version 1.8.14.

During full-duplex sync with Windows 10 64-bit and Samsung Note 8 Android 9, if a task is created in Outlook, when it is sync'd to the phone the due date is set to exactly one day earlier unless the task is deferred or aborted.

A subsequent sync with then try to reset the task due date on the laptop to the incorrect date in the phone (because it was updated last).

This only happens to Tasks with due dates, does not happen to Calendar events.

I am having a similar issue after updating to version 1.8.15 . Was a solution for JimCarter's problem ever found?

Be sure to have the SAME time zone on phone and pc

@Giangi - yes, both are UTC -6 Central time zone (US) . At least for me, not sure about JimCarter.
