Clipboard Phone to PC not working

Hi everyone, I have recently purchased a Samsung S20 in which I have MyPhoneExplorer as me previous phone, however when I gave a try and syncing Notes, Tasks, etc the test of Clipboard was working fine, suddenly just 2 days ago the Pc to Phone is working fine but the Phone to PC stop working, it pop up a message "The clipboard of the Phone was empty. Process cancelled".

The option Share clipboard is marked, I have check the phone keyboard configuration is everything seems fine, I haven't download anything that seems to affect, not an update or anything.

I would appreciate some help to solve this matter.

I just observed the same problem after switching from a Huawei P10+ (Android 9) to a Samsung Note 10+ (Android 10).

Also found the explanation in Google's documentation:

Limited access to clipboard data
Unless your app is the default input method editor (IME) or is the app that currently has focus, your app cannot access clipboard data on Android 10 or higher.

That means, unfortunately, that you have to bring MyPhoneExplorer to foreground before you can copy the clipboard to the PC, i.e. no automatic sharing Phone=>PC anymore Sad

PC to Phone still works in the background.
