I have a problem with connecting this new phone. I've looked at similar topics but I've not seen (or understood) anything that really matches and helps.
When I try and connect with bluetooth I get the message:
12:06:21.87 ErrMsg: Connection to phone could not be established:
The device is out of bluetooth range or bluetooth was disabled on the device.
With USB I get:
12:14:47.03 ErrMsg: Connection to phone could not be established:
No device attached to USB
Clearly, I've checked that the phone and computer are connected both via USB and bluetooth (and developer debugging and "Use USB for" is set to "File transfer".
I should mention that Myphoneexplorer worked on my Honor phone (that just broke hence the replacement).
I hope someone can help and I'm not asking something that's already been clearly answered.
