Hello,

I'm French and I'm using a translator to convert this message into English, so excuse me for the small translation errors.
I've been using My Phone Explorer for years and no problems with it...

So I installed My Phone Explorer (version 2.1) on her laptop and the Client Version on her Smartphone (Huawei: FIG-LX1) for a friend.

When I try to use the My Phone Explorer app over Wi-Fi to retrieve information from Microsoft Outlook to the Smartphone, I get on the PC : Switch to the Smartphone to Network 4 and then the application is stopped.

I don't understand what this means, on the PC I'm on Network 4, but I can't find Network 4 on the SMARTPHONE. The phone is set to 5G...

Could you tell me what needs to be done to solve this problem?

It seems that your phone is not in the same subnet as the PC.
Ensure that both devices - the PC and the Phone - are connected to the same WiFi-Network
