Connection Could Not Be Established

Hi there, I hope someone might be able to help me troubleshoot my connection issue.

Basic info: Samsung S22 Ultra
Windows OS
HP Spectre

All software is up to date. I have been using MPE without issue for years.

Day before yesterday my phone and computer stopped communicating. No matter what steps I take, I get the dreaded "Connection Could Not Be Established".

I have rebooted my computer and phone, made sure I am running v 2.1, deleted the ap from my phone and reinstalled, reinstalled v 2.1 on my computer. Connected by USB instead of WiFi.

Interestingly, when I connected with the cable, the phone shows the USB is plugged in but when I try to connect the desktop tells me "No device attached to USB".

Interestingly, i did notice under the "users" section, I have a new user "ATI samsung myphone's ID, but I did not add it. For the record, this new user entry does not connect either.

What am I missing here? Your collective expertise is greatly appreciated.

Please post the logfile after you tried to connect via WiFi: Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile
