Reworded Multiple Calendars

I dont have google calendar on my PC so when I go to this window there is only my outlook calendar

If i try to sync google and my phone calendars together I get duplicates

I have to change the settings each time i sync to keep google and my calendar in sync with outlook

Yes, of course, how should the program know which appointments belong in which calendar, if they are all in Outlook in a calendar?

You have to create a new calendar in Outlook:
Right mouse button via 'calendar' => new calendar => call it e.g. Google.
You should move all Google dates to this calendar (drag & drop)
Then realize the Allocate Calendar in MPE

How can I drag and drop when I don't have google on my pc
All the dates in outlook are the same as in google, will that not duplicate everything

In Outlook, appointments from the Google calendar and from the My Calender are now together in a calendar or not

Why don't you do what I suggested to you?
1. Create a new calendar in Outlook
2. In MPE the corresponding allocate

Sorry I am still confused.
If I create a calendar called google in Outlook and copy all the appointments would t not be duplicating

I think I may be onto something, after googling adding a calendar to Outlook I did that but on sync it wants to add 590 events

This is not what I suggested to you and that doesn't work that way either Rolling Eyes

You must not use the original online google calendar on sync Outlook <> MPE
You should create an additional offline calendar in Outlook with the name 'Google' (jans\Google). You can also call it 'calender2' (jans\calendar2) that doesn't matter!
However, as can be seen in my screenshot, you have to allocated the calendars!!!

I have allocated the calendars and it does appear to be working but I will try to do as you say, I just can't figure how to get the appointments from google into Outlook as my Outlook is not on the internet it is pc based and google is o line. Can these appointments be copied and pasted?
I also have no idea how to create another calendar in Outlook

You should not integrate the Online Google calendar in Outlook but create a 2nd local calendar! Name it 'Google' or 'Calendar 2' that doesn't matter.
- you must allocat the 'calendar' the My Calendar from the cell phone
- you must allocat the 'Calendar 2' the Google calendar from the cell phone

I have found how to add a new calendar in outlook.
I have downloaded my appointments from google janetbrianmen@gmail.com.ics,
how do I import these events into the new calendar

Are the events in the cell phone?

So if I am following up correctly. I have added a new calendar to Outlook which has no entries are the moment.
The events are in the google app yes.
How do they propagate to outlook? I have tried to sync and as per the other image outlook google is empty
do I sync one way first

Unfortunately, you still haven't created a 2nd local calendar in Outlook ?!
Janetbri...@gmail.com is not a local calendar but your original Google calendar

What do you need 2 calendars (Google + My Callendar) for in the phone ?
How many appointments are in the Google calendar. How many appointments are in the My Calendar ?
